Before you book.

Is there any cost for the discovery call?
No. Discovery calls are always complimentary. We use them to understand your situation and assess fit—if there isn't a genuine opportunity to add value, we'll say so and the call costs you nothing but 30 minutes.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. It helps to have a general sense of what's driving your interest in AI leadership right now and what you'd like to be true in 12 months that isn't true today. Beyond that, we'll structure the conversation from there.
Who will I be talking to?
A JEDX principal—one of the senior practitioners who delivers our engagements. Not a business development representative or an account executive. The people who assess fit are the same people who would do the work.
How quickly can an engagement start?
Typically within two weeks of an agreement being signed. For organizations with an immediate need, we can sometimes start within days. We don't have a long onboarding queue—when there's a fit, we move.
What if we're early-stage and don't have much AI infrastructure yet?
That's actually when JEDX is most valuable. The organizations that avoid the most expensive AI mistakes are the ones that get the strategic and governance foundations right before they invest heavily in tooling and models. We've worked with companies at very early AI maturity stages—it's not a barrier to a productive engagement.
Do you sign NDAs before the call?
We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the call if you'd like to share sensitive details during the conversation. Just mention it when you book and we'll send one in advance.
